Overview of Position:

The Red Sea Group is the global market-leading company developing, manufacturing and distributing specialized products for the marine aquarium hobby.
Due to continued growth, Red Sea Germany is seeking to recruit a Junior Sales & Social Media Representative to join its existing team.
This is a wide-ranging and exciting opportunity to grow within an established and successful global company, and will enable to job-holder to combine working from home with store sales visits.
It is anticipated that approximately 25% of the time allocated to the position will be fulfilled visiting trade customers, with the remainder of the role occupied with social media and technical support responsibilities.
The jobholder will report directly to the European Sales Manager, and there is ample opportunity for career advancement for the right candidate.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Implementation of social media campaigns provided by the Red Sea Group.
• Providing consumer support through dedicated social media channels and official Red Sea technical support facility.
• Co-ordinate and monitor online sales activity. Manage key online accounts
• Translating Red Sea marketing and sales materials from English to German
• Territory trade sales & in-store product training within Germany (for a geographical region to be determined based on jobholder location).

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German (both written and verbal)
• Familiar with using social media platforms and able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Competent computer skills (MS Office- Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Professional attitude towards account management and customer relations.
• Reliable, able to work independently, self-motivated
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
• Experienced Reefkeeper with comprehensive reef-keeping technical ability.
